Char siu beef with brocollini

Char siu beef with broccolini, chilli and peanuts

After a long day at work, the best thing in life is coming home to a beautifully clean home, a nice warm hug and a question on how my day was from someone who is genuinely interested. The cherry on top, though, has to be when there’s a warm meal waiting as well – like this char siu beef with broccolini, chilli and peanuts, served with noodles (Thanks to Delicious magazine for the recipe!).

And of course, this face.

Yeah, that is trully amazing, to come home and have a meal ready for you. I have to teach my dog how to cook too 🙂
