After a long day at work, the best thing in life is coming home to a beautifully clean home, a nice warm hug and a question on how my day was from someone who is genuinely interested. The cherry on top, though, has to be when there’s a warm meal waiting as well – like this char siu beef with broccolini, chilli and peanuts, served with noodles (Thanks to Delicious magazine for the recipe!).
